I took this back in June I'm uploading it now as a kinda farwell to the summer.
But yes these are dragon boats docked and ready to go for the annual races come rose festival time. Summer in Portland is always the best time to capture the true beauity of the city (it's the only time it's not raining LOL) |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
